Here is a review of the gorgeous fall wedding Andrew and Sarah had up at Holman Ranch. I loved that they drove a vintage bus up from down south just to get the booth bus look since the local ones were all booked up for their wedding date. They have the cutest post on IG of them driving down the California coast post wedding off to their honeymoon in that vintage beauty.
The gorgeous Andrew and Sarah were featured over at Style Me Pretty. So stoked on this A list vendor team. Always a fun day when you get to work with your favorite people to make magic happen for someone’s special day. So grateful for this job and awesome clients like these two!
Carolyn and Mike’s gorgeous rustic chic vineyard Carmel Valley Ranch wedding full of love and lavender was featured over at The Knot Magazine online. Coastside Couture did a fabulous job with all the details from green linens and gold accents. They even set out matching shawls for when the fog rolled into the Carmel Valley after their sun kissed vineyard garden wedding. Darcy’s florals from Seascape Flowers were over the top gorgeous. However, my favorite vendor that went unnoticed under Kelly Productions was the uber talented, Mark Banks. His solo talent set the atmosphere and mood bringing a warm intimacy to this small wedding of only 40 guest. You must go have a listen to Mark Bank’s smooth vocals and personal spin he adds to each song he covers. I totally recommend hiring him if you have any dinner party or event coming up!
I had a mega-fun sess with my fall Holman Ranch couple. We started off at the local pub, Santa Cruz Mountain Brewery. Danielle is such trooper!! She had a major surgery on Monday before their Saturday Sess where we hoofed it all over Wilder Ranch before heading down to Four Mile beach. She text me the next day it was all worth it. Yeah baby! I’m so excited for their wedding at Holman Ranch. I get to work with the lovely ladies of Coastside Couture and the talented The Hair and Make Up Company who did her up for her engagement session too! She also told me they booked the super cute Booth Bus for the night. Whoo hoo! Way to wrap my wedding season up come November.
Who can resist a couple head over heels in love ? Not me. I sure can’t. That is my favorite type!
When Karissa Paxton from Coastside Couture contacted me regarding an elopement two days before the bride had to fly back to England I was giddy. Lucky for the bride, Becky, she was getting married to a gentleman, Rob who happen to be good friends with Karissa who plans weddings for a living. Karissa hooked the lovely couple up with all the local goodness, starting off in our coastal redwoods and leaving them at the Dream Inn for an oceanside dinner and first night as a married couple. Becky had traveled here a couple months back to visit a friend when she was caught off guard by a handsome fella in the bike shop. Upon laying eyes on him, she went mute and could only blush in response. A couple days later, upon the urging from her mother and friends, she mustered up her flirting genes, put on a dress, brushed out her helmet hair and went back to chat with him. He. was. not. there. 🙁 Just about to leave, she spied him in the back and very non-chalauntly says, “Hey Rob.” He promptly hung up the phone and stood there talking to her in the bike shop for two hours straight.
The lovely Karissa in her sunny Santa Cruzian home.
A few calming words.
